Male Luna Moth early in the morning, looking a little battered, but still beautiful. Series includes closer photos of "eye" spot, antennae, fuzzy back.

I jealous suzmonk! I've been waiting all summer to see any type of silk moth. Hours and hours of mothing to no avail. I love the picture of the ocellus.
