I agree with (Leptophlebia cupida) the head shape is correct. I have collected this mayfly in Ontario.
Mayfly, Order Ephemeroptera. I can't get a handle on which family it is because I can't see the wing veins clearly since they aren't spread but I'm pretty sure it's Ephemeridae because of the hindwing shape. The only other family it could be would be Leptophlebiidae and I'm not familiar with Canadian mayflies to be able to do ID without veins. Hope this helps!
