Species ID Suggestions

Silverfish

Lepisma saccharina

I'd also suggest looking at an ID of firebrat, Thermobia domestica. They look very much like silverfish, but often have mottled coloring like in this photo. We have an occasional silverfish in our house, but I've not yet seen a firebrat, which prefers higher temperatures and moister conditions. But I live in Minnesota where things stay a bit colder than in Arizona.
This is a silverfish. Got them all over my house.
