Description:

Very sweet little butterfly. Colors were pale blue, green, orange, brown, white and black depending on the angle. Mostly a pale blue to light grey.

Range is from BC south through California! The photos look right, and the habitat is correct. I think you're 100% correct! Thanks again :)
Double check my suggestion because I am no expert and there is many butterflies alike this one. It may help to narrow down the ID if you look for butterfly pages for nature, fauna and flora in this part of Oregon :-)
