Description:

Commonly called Yellow Banded Awl, Hasora schoenherr saida Hewitson 1867 (Hesperiidae; Coeliadinae). H. s. saida is the ssp. occurring in Luzon and many other Philippine islands, except in Babuyan and Palawan.

Habitat:

Spotted mudpuddling along the bank of a stream traversing the Binictican forest trail located in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Hermosa Bataan.
