Description:

It's been extremely hot in the UK recently so I felt guilty for watering the garden this morning, but then some thing wonderful happened... a multitude of pollinators came to get a drink of water from the drops left on the leaves and flowers.

Thank you for sharing that lovely story with me Sukanya Datta! Yes, it made me really happy when I saw all the bees, butterflies and hoverflies being able to have a drink in this scorching weather. Put a big smile on my face :)
Doesn't it make you HAPPY!!! I remember one scorching summer noon...in New Delhi when a Black Kite (Milvus migrans) came to my verandah to drink water I had put out. I had never seen this common bird (in India) so close and went around with a smile the rest of the day...your post made that smile come back. Thank you for sharing.
