Nice find! This looks like a mantis nymph from the Genus Stagmomantis. They are native to North America (and some in Central and South America, I believe). Here is one that looks just like yours: http://bugguide.net/node/view/840157 There are a couple of species from this genus in your area so it may not be possible to get an exact species.
