I lied, I just found a site saying they are there. So this is a Brown Anole. http://www.yucatanwildlife.com/species/reptiles.htm
I am pretty sure this is a Brown Anole, Anolis sagrei, but the range doesn't show them being in the Quintana Roo area, but they spread so rapidly that doesn't surprise me much.
