Field Notes

Description:

Very small, cryptically colored jumping spider. Rusty red coloration from the eyes down to the base of the thorax and on to the pedipalps. Tends to be found on the ground in the leaf litter, where it blends in very well. Constantly moving.

Habitat:

Temperate forest.
