Field Notes

Description:

I have this in my own notes as a Canadian Red Squirrel simply because that is the colour and where I saw it. I have no animal books outside Europe and South Africa and a very slow internet connection so cannot search easily, so this site is exactly what I needed.

Habitat:

Park near Niagara Falls ON.

Thanks for that, same as the European Grey and Red then, I have amended the common name.
Red squirrels are smaller and redder and often have little tufts on their ears.
