Notes:

Seen on the riverside before crossing the bridge to Tuao in Apayao. Spotted en route to a relief operation in Barangay Manag, Conner in the mountainous province of Apayao.

The hump and lop ears indicates Brahma heritage. Brahmas were developed in India but have spread to many parts of the world, especially the tropical areas as they do better in the wet than any other breed.
I think this 'bigger' breed was introduced here in the Philippines a decade or two ago, the ones i knew growing up are hard to find nowadays those were short and stocky built.
I've seen a lot of different cows, but never anything like this.
