Description:

The forewing is brown-orange with two light bands that almost meet near the trailing edge and form a wide V. Approximately in the middle of the wing is a light, V- shaped drawing. The moth belongs to the family Hepialidae.

Habitat:

On the railing beside the entrance to a house.

Notes:

Norwegian name: Rød roteter
