Description:

Moose are the largest living member of the deer family. Mature bulls have large antlers that are shed annually.

Habitat:

Typically found in boreal and mountain forests. Often is seen feeding in marshes, lakes, and rivers.

Notes:

These two moose were a part of a larger herd of moose that were browsing on willows.

I love the little bull. He has a wonderful face.
I added a photo of a small bull moose, but will post a photo of a large bull moose that I took in Grand Teton National Park.
Not the girls Jacob. Great shot. I loved spotting moose on my travel in Canada and Alaska.
