Description:

This pied fantail perches on the branch of a water rose apple apparently looking for prey. It moves so quickly from branch to branch while fanning its tail (see fourth picture).

Habitat:

The pied fantail frequently perches on Antidesma ghaesembilla.They are also found randomly on branches of mango and vines.

Notes:

This bird suddenly darts from nowhere. It is difficult to focus the camera on it as it keeps on moving most of the time.
