Description:

Pale evening primrose is a perennial herb native to the area it was found. It's large white flowers stand out among associated plants. The cruciform stigma help identify it as a Oenothera species.

Habitat:

Found growing on the boundary between a grain field and the big sagebrush ecosystem.
