Description:

Little white/yellow flowers. Seen mostly on the edges of fences. Seems to be treated like a weed.

I would argue for Plumeria. I had a variety planted last year that looked just like the blooms pictured.
Thank you. I always thought daffodils were much bigger, it does resemble one now that you mentioned it.
Definitely a type of daffodil... there are many varieties though, so I'm unsure of the exact species. Lovely flowers! They're the first to bloom where I grew up so they were always a sure sign spring was on its way. :)
