Hi Aaron, I'll try to spot more of them and post more photos in due course of time. Thanks anyway for liking it.
I saw this giant insect my first night in the Tropics in Sri Lanka. I was shocked by its size. Did not know it was edible.
I spotted my hero nearby a river one morning, almost frozen while on a fishing trip. It was hardly moving, but was alive. Yes, now I remember such bugs moving in the water. Thank you Tiz.
According to wikipedia: "The taste of the flight muscles is often compared to sweet scallops or shrimp"... I have to say that I am curious :)
