Description:

About 2.5 or 3 inches high. a ball of pretty lavendar flowers on a single stem.

Habitat:

Growing near a wind-gnarled pined tree, in a fairly open sunny meadow, at about 10,300 feet elevation, near Yankee Doodle Lake, Boulder County, Colorado.
