Sorry, only this one photo I snapped on my way through town (We moved from Hawaii to Alabama last month, but were originally from Eugene). This was the site I used originally for flowers of the Pacific North West, maybe you can ID it from this: http://www.pnwflowers.com/search?t=mallow&Search=Search
I couldn't find this one on any of the sites. But now I know of a park in Eugene that I haven't been too :) do you have a photo of the leaves? I'm still trying to id mine, which I suspect is simply the pink mallow
Thanks for all of the interest in my little flower photo. Taking the suggestions from you both, I went to a website for Hendricks Park. Seems it is a Rose Checkermallow.
and note the checkerbloom is a denizen of higher altitudes
Looks like a member of the mallow family.
