Blue-tailed Damselfly

Notice the reddish dot between the compound eyes. This is the ocelli, a "third" eye which in contrast to the compound eyes is single-lensed, like ours.
In the second picture you can notice the secondary genitalia under the begging of the abdomen, showing that this is a male damselfly.
