Field Notes

Habitat:

Green iguanas are diurnal, arboreal, and are often found near water. During cold, wet weather, green iguanas prefer to stay on the ground for greater warmth. These were spotted on rocks by the seashore.

Notes:

We have a lot of these in South Florida, but it's nice to see them in their naïve territory.
