Description:

A single jackal can`t catch the fast pray of the savannah, that`s why they hunt in packs , from ambush.

emm....I'm not sure. But it seems more like a Black-backed Jackal (Canis mesomelas) to me since the contrasting colours have a more distinct boundary and the ears seems to be larger @@
What a picture, but the Sun was in the wrong position to catch it's face.
