Field Notes

Description:

A small thrush-like bird. Approx 5 inches long. Short, triangular beak. Brown/grey coloring. Black legs.

Habitat:

This one was living along the trail to Delicate Arch in Arches NP. Desert approx 4200'.

Notes:

I think it might be a Vireo of some type. I got lucky with the picture. They were hopping along the trail next to some hikers.
