Field Notes

Description:

A tree found mainly along the eastern coast of Australia. Grows up to 15 meters, but is usually twisted into a shorter and sometimes prostrate form by coastal winds.

Habitat:

Coastal heath. Although this one was planted in our yard as an ornamental.
