Field Notes

Habitat:

Cottonwood in the backyard of a small apartment complex in the Pacific Northwest.

Notes:

Unsure exactly which it is, but Chris and I are leaning towards Song Sparrow because of the songs we keep hearing coming form the bushes when these guys show up. They're hard to photograph because they keep in the brush and flit about quickly when they come out. Caught this one when it landed on cottonwood above the blackberry brambles for a few seconds.
