Description:

Smalish owl with upright ears. He was caught in my Grandson's Pidgeon box. He had been catching a pigeon or two a week. They released him after taking pictures.

I know but you have to think about its talons and cornering one in a box.
Awesome. It reminds me of my aunt and uncle's pond. They had koi they kept disappearing, and one day my uncle came out and discovered a great blue heron standing there like he owned the place. Then they discovered there were also raccoons visiting it. This was all in Seattle...it's interesting how predators can find these places.
Gorgeous!.. also loved the story behind the find :)
