Field Notes

Description:

Mammal with dark mask around the eyes and brown tail and dark concentric rings. Raccoons are omnivorous and opportunistic eaters.

Habitat:

Spotted on Big Talbot Island north of Jacksonville, FL. Saw it walking the edge of Spoonbill Pond.
