It's only a tentitive ID. Most fungi are hard to ID just from a photo. Next time see if you can get a photo of the gills as well, because on O. nidifomis they are markedly crinkled near the base.
My best guess is Omphalotus nidiformis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omphalotus_nidiformis
