Species ID Suggestions

Pinktoe Tarantula

Avicularia geroldi

I think it's definitely safe to place it in the Avicularia genus—which specific species, however, is starting to get tougher, hehe. A straight up AviAvi is, I think, the most common, but they are also a bit "thicker" in the legs. It's hard to see, but the abdomen may have similar coloration to the Avicularia avicularia. This image-link of a geroldi looks almost exactly like the one at your lab: http://www.exotic-animals.org/pajki/slike_pajkov_nasih_uporabnikov/niko/Avicularia_Geroldi/Avicularia_Geroldi2.JPG
Indeed, it does seem to be avicularia metallica. Very good job. I doubt it is a pet for some reasons. We have woods around the building (not as much as in the old satellite image) and I've never heard of anyone with this kind of pet in the city and it is not easy to have one due to strict regulation
I suggest the geroldi due to its coloration and location. However, the prosoma looks to be a bit iridescent which might suggest it is a young Avicularia metallica (a rather docile, timid tarantula), but they are found in Columbia… perhaps someone's pet that escaped?
