Habitat:

Found in a open grassy area.

Notes:

Stands 8 - 12 inches tall, cap approximately 3 inches long and 1 12 inches wide. As it matures a black slime is produced.

The newest white ones just before you are ready to cook. Discard any starting to brown inside. saute with a bit of butter and garlic. I love these... Jim doesn't like the texture :(
