Description:

Definitely construction of some kind. Looks like rounded structures glued one on top of the other.Mud?

Habitat:

We were rained in at Namchi a small town in Sikkim. There was nothing to do but step out into the balcony during a lull in the rains and try my luck. I saw this structure on the window of a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. All other window glass panes were clean, this one was clean too with only this structure stuck on it.

Notes:

Is it a mud dauber wasp at work? Any ideas, anyone?
