Field Notes

Description:

A very small tortricid moth with a wing span of 10 mm. Wings were a shimmery cream with a dark band at the wing base, an oblique band near the middle and a dark patch on the costa near the trailing margin. Small patches of brown were also seen in the sub marginal area nearer the inner margins.

Habitat:

Spotted under bright garden lights on a warm night.

Found in NSW, Victoria and Tasmania (Australia)
