Field Notes

Description:

Hi everyone, I wanted something nice for my 100th contribution to thr great Project Noah.
Here is a Cinnamon bear, sighted when I went hiking and exploring the Rockies in Alberta.
I hope you like it.
Take care!

Notes:

I was walking slowly and silently beside a swamp near Jasper twon, when I heard the crack of a branch. I turned my head, and there he was, 20meters away.
I slowy walked backward and talked to him while taking these pictures.
It was a great moment to me.

I have written an article about Wildlife that I encountered in Alberta, but I need to add more info and re-post larger images.
Here is the link if you like Wildlife photos :)

Thank you Suzmonk! I'm glad you like it, funnily, until I posted it, I thought it was a 'brown' black bear, but searching for more info, I found out that there is actually a name for this color phase of the American black bear! It's great to be able to put a name on it finally :)
Great choice for your 100th spotting ... congratulations!
Very cool spotting and congratulations on your 100th Noah spotting!
