Field Notes

Description:

A tiny spider, approximately 2mm in length.

Habitat:

Areca palm leaves on a small garden.

Notes:

The spider is utilizing the concave shape of the areca palm leaf.
By doing so, It has minimized the use of spider silk by only building
the roof part of its home. Interestingly, I observed that the legs of the spider seem to be floating from the leaf. I'm not sure if it is resting on
another web.
