Field Notes

Description:

At nearly 15 lbs and 16 inches high at the shoulder, this energetic and lovable canine is a lucky sighting for any naturalist. A formidable and unceasing predator of its natural enemy, the ball, she will pursue and pounce the unfortunate spheres until collapsing from exhaustion or the end of time, whichever comes first. She has been known to cover herself in blankets to rest, and audibly groan when disturbed. When meeting a longtime friend or a possible new companion ( be it a dog, cat, bird, or human), she is known to display the wiggles: wagging the tail so hard that the entire body wags back and forth.

Habitat:

My apartment, anywhere tennis balls can be found.
