Description:

A moth about 1 cm long with elaborate thoracic ornamentation. In the last picture, he turned his head to watch me, they are certainly not as oblivious to us as they seem. Family Noctuidae.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
