Approx. 4 inch body, yellow and brown semi poisonous spider

Habitat:

Australia, rural and metro areas

Notes:

Can be seen in large number spreading large webs across trees

No.. they will not kill you!!! Venom toxicity: The bite of an Orb-Weaving spiders is of low risk (mildly toxic) to humans. Orb-Weaving spiders are a non-aggressive group of spiders. Seldom bite. BUT be careful not to walk into their webs at night - the fright of this spider crawling over one's face can be terrifying and may cause a heart attack.
