Description:

Approximately 6 ft. wing span. Similar in appearance to a golden eagle except for its red head.

Habitat:

Rural SW Pennsylvania

Notes:

Not usually seen this far north until summer.

As I mentioned above, at first I thought that it was an eagle because of its large wingspan and the length of time it could soar without beating its wings.
