If this is Eleutherodactylus coqui, it is native to Puerto Rico and has been introduced to the US and Hawaii. #33 most invasive species according to the ISSG. http://projectnoah.org/spottings/5740033 http://projectnoah.org/spottings/6989448
As Mitch suggested, it is most likely a Coqui (Eleutherodactylus coqui). They are highly variable in pattern in color.
I have some other photos, but none provide a better view for ID purposes.
It is definitely not a Florida Bog Frog. Do you have any more photos of this frog?
Possibly the Florida chorus frog or the Florida bog frog.
Possibly a Puerto Rican Coqui? That little guy's a toughie
