Description:

Quillay, Soap Bark Tree.

Habitat:

High mountains of Central Chile.

Notes:

I work on a telescope on Tololo, Chile. I walked past this tree for three years before realizing I had no idea what it was. Thanks to the Dark Energy Survey for this gift.
