Description:

Spotted on Lake Barkley. I believe this is a White Pelican. Not exactly sure. Comments are welcome :)

Oops, I just saw this is from 2009. So I guess it would be if there were any strong storms then. :)
It could be possible, especially if there have been any strong storms blowing in from the west.
yeah....maybe it is....I am comparing pics of the two & the stork's beak doesn't quite look like this - it does look more like a pelican. The legs of the stork look a bit thinner too. Thank you. Believe I'll change it to a "white pelican". Maybe he just flew off course?
