Field Notes

Description:

Small, soft, pasty white mushroom

Habitat:

Grassy habitat 30+ ft. off the coast of Bullards

Notes:

These mushrooms were not the same age ( I cut both the mushrooms open to identify the age of the mushroom specimens). One of the mushrooms was a young specimen, with a soft, white interior. The other was an old and inedible example, with a brown, gross interior ( and, just between you and me, it almost shot brown muck in my face ).
