Eastern mud turtle has those light edges on the scutes as well, as does this hatchling map turtle I found, http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/22642019 The pronounced ridge on the back leads me to believe not a mud or musk turtle.
We may never resolve a 100% confirmed ID, but compare to this photo of a hatchling Eastern Musk Turtle:

The light dots on the tips of the marginal scutes are consistent, and not a marking I recall for our Graptemys species.
