Description:
These two giant sweetlips (aka Two-striped sweetlips) are a about half-grown, which is why they are probably hanging out in the shallows of a coral lagoon. Sweetlips change appearance as they grow, with the young being quite colorful and brightly striped. At this age these two show a pattern of two broad vertical two-stripes.
Habitat:
Shallow coral lagoon of Lady Elliot Island.
