Description:

Prionotropis is a genus of grasshoppers in the family Pamphagidae. There are about nine described species in Prionotropis, found in southern Europe. This may be a sub species - happy if anyone knows better

Habitat:

Spotted in a sandy area near Kaingo Camp, Zambia
