Thanks for your help Gary and Joshua.
The Australian Raven prefers open-country and the Little Raven prefers forest in the to species range overlap. Also, Australian Ravens have lanceolate throat hackles.
I believe Australian Raven has a thicker later of feathers on its front neck making it looks like having an Adan's apple. correct me if I'm wrong ;)

We only have the Forest raven down here, so I'm no help. You got some very fine shots.
