Description:

An amazingly colored little Planthopper of 3 mm in length. Family Delphacidae. Notice the flat movable spurs on the hind tarsi.

Habitat:

Garden lights, semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
