1.5 mm dia. Pink colored egg.

Habitat:

Found on a banana leaf.

Notes:

A major pest of Banana plants, the caterpillar tears a portion of the leaf and curls it to hide inside and feed. Single egg close-up is here http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/70836085
