Description:

This picture was taken at the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo.

There’s a building called the Butterfly Pavilion which is relatively new. I thought it would be a building with butterflies behind glass but it’s actually a garden/forrest type area that you can walk through. They warn you before you enter to watch for butterflies on the walkways and to be sure not to step on any. They also tell you that they may land on you so before you leave there is a room made out of mirrors so that you can check for butterflies before exiting. I love the Zoo and that building had become one of my favorite exhibits!
