I spotted this while hiking in rainforest behind Ararinha lodge.

yeah, I think thats the one. thanks for you help and hard work on IDing this species
I'm leaning towards Epipedobates trivittatus, which comes in a yellow two-striped form with yellow on the legs. Also the location works. See what you think.
Dendrobate truncatus is the closest in terms of the back markings, but doesn't match the legs. I'll give it another look later, as I'm off to town.
